MPDO lareto was founded by community leaders to advance equitable development guided by Maasai values.
Our mission is to strengthen livelihoods, safeguard culture, and steward land and wildlife. We do this through programs in education, health, cultural preservation, and climate resilience.
Our values center on respect for elders, inclusion of women and youth, and decisions made through consensus and evidence.
